Ohio University Science Olympiad 2027 Invitational Registration
Division C (grades 9-12)
Thank you for your interest in the Ohio University Science Olympiad Invitational! In order to compete at our tournament, the following requirements must be met:
- Register Online (see below for details). Registration opens on October 1st, 2026
- Pay required registration fees - $100 per team
- Complete Required Registration Documents (Will be available digitally by the end of December)
- Regional Forms Checklist
- Minor Photo and Video Release
- Adult Photo and Video Release
- Minor General Release of All Claims
- Adult General Release of All Claims
- Division C Roster of Participating Students
- Supply one adult volunteer per registered team at the competition by completing the Event Supervisor interest form. Registration should automatically have you directed to this.

Registration opens on October 1st, 2026
Online registration is required, especially due to the available online functions such as submission of team names, self-scheduled event signups, selecting team headquarters, and online scoring. Once registered, Head Coaches or designated Co-Head Coaches may add additional team members to assist with team management.
Registration Fees: $100 per team
Teams are not officially registered until registration fees are received and processed.
For the 2026-2027 academic year, the registration fees are $100 per team (not per school).
Some schools may have received support from our sponsors. If this is you, you will have received a code to apply to your registration that waives the fee.
With registration we will provide 18 meal tickets per team to be used at our campus dining halls. These tickets have become more expensive, so if your team is able to feed itself and won't use the tickets, please return them to our check in. We will also do a call for unused meal tickets at awards. Registration only covers 50% of the cost for meals with the rest covered in sponsors, so returning unused tickets really helps to offset some costs and help for next year. If you are Cutler Sponsored, your registration and meals have been sponsored, and you do not have to pay. You will have already recieved and email from Emily Meckler or Tristan Rieman.
