2024 Santa Clara County Regional Science Olympiad Team/School Registration Information
Tournament Date: March 16, 2024 Tentative Date.
Location: Milpitas High School, Milpitas, CA.
2024 Reg Fee Refund Deadline: January 10, 2024. If a team participated in an Invitational, then the $75 National Membership fee will not be refunded. No Registration or refund after January 10, 2024.
Team Registration Fees Note: Each school may register up to three teams. Your School name is your team name. if you have more than one school, then add a color to the school name for each team. Please do NOT use initials for school/team name.
* $375 per team plus an Event Supervisor Volunteer, BEFORE December 15, 2023.
* $425 per team, plus an Event Supervisor Volunteer, AFTER December 15, 2023.
Note: Schools new to Science Olympiad do NOT need to provide volunteers in their first year of participation. After registering you will be emailed the list of events in which an Event Supervisor and Assistants are needed. Choose one event per team as quickly as possible.

If you would like to pay by PayPal, you will need to go to PayPal and send your payment to sccscioly@gmail.com. You will also need to include the PayPal fees of $13.09 + $0.49 = $13.58 for a total of $388.58. If you have two teams, it would be $776.67. If you have three teams, it would be $1,164.76.

Team Registration information - PLEASE READ!
Participation REQUIRES the school Principal's approval of the team's Head Coach and each team by making a determination that it is a school-supported, school-affiliated event. Once you register your school the system will automatically email your school principal for confirmation.
Teams are NOT fully registered until the Registration Fee has been paid and the Principal's approval has been received.
Registration currently open for HEAD COACH ONLY. One Head Coach per team. All other registrations will be DELETED. Head Coach receives all tournament emails to pass along to team members and Co-Head Coaches. An email will be sent when it is time to register an assistant coach.
Event Supervisor Volunteer
* Head Coach is responsible for securing and supporting the Event Supervisors they have recruited for each team.
* Supervising an event includes writing, proctoring, and scoring the exams and testing devices where required.
* Event Supervisors must attend online training and follow the Official Science Olympiad event rules.
