Event Supervisor Signup

Thank you for your interest in the Mentor Invitational. In order for us to run a successful invitational we ask that each school Supervise one event, which means that you write, administer and grade the event test. Please bring all necessary tests and/or supplies with you and enough for 45 teams (per division that you are supervising). Please click on the appropriate link below. If you are available to supervise both B and C events you may fill out both forms. Thank you!
