Invitational Format

Traditional, In Person (subject to change based on current Board of Health recommendations)

Invitational Schedule                               

Build sign-ups will open up Sunday February 4, 2024 at 3:00 pm and remain open through Thursday February 8, 2024 at 8:00 pm. If you miss sign ups or need to make a change please talk to the event supervisor on the day of the tournament for consideration. 

The invitational events will run from 9:00am to 3:20 pm EST with impound starting at 8:00am EST. Building doors open at 7:00am EST 

Awards Ceremony

We aim to start between 5:00-5:30 p.m.  Event and Team Awards will be awarded 1st-8th Place.

FULL concession stand will be available starting with breakfast at 7:30 am through 4:00 pm. Please help us continue this invitational by not bringing in outside food or drinks. Cash and Credit Cards (with a small fee) welcome. Breakfast will have donuts. yogurt. drinks and snacks; Lunch will have pasta, mac n chees, Canes and/or Chik Fil A, pizza, hot dogs, salad, walking tacos. snacks and drinks. Prices run from $1.00 - $6.00 per item Please eat in the student center. Thank you! 


Gym Height: The MAIN gym is 37 feet to the ceiling, 33 feet to the trusses and for planes there is an I-beam that splits the gym-it is 24 feet. We will run Flight for both divisions in the main gym. Trim flights will be allowed on Saturday morning from 7am-830am. Note: only students are allowed in the gym during that time.
