To complete registration, please follow the directions below:
1) Complete this google form: ____
2) Sign in here on our scilympiad site and complete the registration. Complete registration for the satellite tournament at here . Register the total number of teams that will be competing in satellite tournament. The satellite cost is $100 for the first team and $150 for each additional team competing from each school.
3) Create an invoice on the scilympiad site here. On the Scilympiad site, go to Head Coach Dashboard-> View/Pay Registration Fees -> Pay by Check
4) Send a check or pay via Zelle using the information on the scilympiad site. You may pay for both the in person and satellite in one payment. Payments are due October 14. You may still register after October 14th. Late payments will incur an additional charge.

Satellite Tournament | |
| Tournament Type | Satellite: All teams take tests against other teams around the country. This tournament model requires student to be attending school in a physical building and be monitored by a coach. Our tournament is synchronous on a single day with specific times for events, so that all teams are competing under the same conditions. Synchronous tournaments give students the most in person like experience. |

| Events | All B division (Middle School) events with a testing component. Excludes: Boomilever, Helicopter, Hovercraft, Mission Possible and Scrambler. Event modifications for the satellite tournament. Please, pay attention to Write It Do It, Metric Mastery, and Experimental Design as these require coaches to prepare them correctly. Students should sign in to their tests here. |

To take your tests - go to top Blue Bar, select "Tournament" -> "Student Dashboard" -> "Take test using Login ID"
All times on the Schedule are in the Eastern Time Zone (ET)
Coach information
- State Registration *** Each competing team must also be registered (and paid up) with your own state’s Science Olympiad program by November 1st (>1 week prior to the Invitational). No refunds of the Dodgen-Walton Invitational Fee will be provided past October 11th, so please complete your State registration on time. Paying the State dues is a national requirement for participating in Science Olympiad Invitationals ***

Information about Science Olympiad

Science Olympiad is nationwide competition. Students compete in 23 events that include earth science, biology, chemistry, physics, and engineering. Science Olympiad is designed to increase a student’s interest in STEM fields and provide recognition for outstanding achievement in team events. Students compete in Science Olympiad with the top teams advancing from Regional to State to National levels.
