7th Annual Science Olympiad at Penn State (SOAPS) Invitational

Instructions

1. Register online on this site (details under Registering Online below)
2. Pay the registration fee: $120 for each team (details under Payment below)
3. Provide one volunteer per team registered, and submit all applicable clearances (Form TBA after registration ends)
4. Provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance
5. Complete the required registration documents (Form TBA after registration ends)

   • Minor General Release of All Claims
   • Adult General Release of All Claims

Registering Online

All teams must register online on Scilympiad. This is how you will submit team names, sign up for self-scheduled events, select your team homebase, and access results and scores.

Once your team is registered, Head Coaches can add other team members and co-head coaches to help manage the team. High school students may register as Head Coaches or Co-Head Coaches.

Payment

The fee is $120 per team for the 2027 SOAPS Invitational, payable by check. Teams are not officially registered until the fee is received and processed.
