Science Olympiad is a nationwide competition. Students compete in 23 events that include earth science, biology, chemistry, physics, and engineering. Science Olympiad is designed to increase a student’s interest in STEM fields and provide recognition for outstanding achievement in team events. Students compete in Science Olympiad with the top teams advancing from Regional to State to National levels.

Northview High School in Sylvania, OH hosts a Div B/Div C invitational every December. We hope to see you there!

COVID-19 UPDATE: After reviewing the guidelines from National Science Olympiad, we have decided to host the Northview Tournament as a Mini SO style tournament with the addition of Boomilever and WIDI as trial events. The tournament will open on December 5th, 2020 and close December 11th, 2020. Teams will be able to submit tests (or videos) any time throughout the tournament window to accommodate various learning plans at different schools. More details coming soon. 

Registration opens for all teams 
June 1st. Please make sure to register your school, then register all of your teams. Once the max number of teams in each division has been reached, you will be placed on a waitlist.
