Registration Timeline
Registration will open here for both tournaments on Tuesday, September 9th, at 6:00 P.M. ET. Please check back for more information.
Team Caps
Division B:
40 teams total
20 teams waitlist
Max 3 teams per school
Division C:
60 teams total
30 teams waitlist
Max 2 teams per school until Oct. 2.
After Oct. 2, in the case we have 60 teams, if any school decides to drop past this date, we will add teams by this order:
1. Teams on the waitlist prior to this date (we will go by date of registration)
2. Teams that have filled out the Google Form with interest in having a third team (we will go in order based on form submission; we will manually add these teams)
3. Teams on the waitlist after this date (we will go by date of registration)
Google Form (Division C Only):
Please fill out only if your school is interested in having a third team! Though we cannot guarantee an addition of a third team, we strongly advise filling out this form as soon as possible to increase your chances.

Scilympiad Roles
Once registered, Head Coaches or designated Co-Head Coaches may add additional team members to assist with team management. High school students may register as Head Coaches and/or Co-Head Coaches.
Registration Fees
The registration fee is $200 per team, due by Oct. 31. for Division C and Jan. 23. for Division B.
Please let us know via email if there are any issues with payments or other circumstances. We reserve the right to select the next team from the waitlist if payments are not received on time otherwise.
There are two ways to pay:
1. Electronic Payment (preferred):
Send via Venmo to annie-miao or Zelle to (609) 845-5839. Please include your school name and division in the attached memo.
2. Mail-In Payment:
Please make checks payable to Science Olympiad at Cornell. Include your school name and division in the check memo.
