Update 2: January 29, 2026
Hello all, we have some more updates on the invitational for you!
Event Slate and Modifications
A preliminary event slate and event modifications can be found here. This is preliminary, not every event is finished but we wanted to send an update out with what we had so far. We will send another update when these are all finalized. In an attempt to provide the best practice for State and National tournaments, there will be a lab to set up with the appropriate events. In the case that a team is unable to set up the lab, please email sciolytroyhs@gmail.com and we will make accommodations with the ability to take a modified exam with a dry lab.
Along with the official events, we will be running “fun” and “trial” events. “Fun” events may be taken any day or time the week leading up to the competition typically with heavily modified structures compared to normal events, while “trial” events may be taken any time on the day of the competition with a structure very similar to normal official events.
Trial Events: Clinical epidemiology; Marine Science - Reefs
Fun Events: Anything Goes; “Modern Internet Sociology”; Scioly History
