Brookwood Invitational Science Olympiad Tournament Registration
Division C (grades 9-12)
Thank you for your interest in BISOT. To compete the following requirements must be met:
- Register your School and Teams through Scilympiad - Registration opens on 8/17/26 for B Division @ 6 pm and 10/31/26 for C Division @ 6 pm.
- Pay required registration fees - See Below
- Complete Required Registration Documents
- Supply one adult volunteer per registered school at the Competition to assist
The maximum number of teams per school is 5 for B Division and 4 for C Division. All teams must be registered with their state organization.
Online registration is required, especially due to the available online functions such as submission of team names, self-scheduled event signups, and online scoring. Once registered, Head Coaches or designated Co-Head Coaches may add additional team members to assist with team management.
Registration Fees: B Division: $50 for the first team, and $75 per additional team. C Division: $100 for the first team, $125 per additional team
Payment is DUE by 10/24/2026 for B and 1/4/2027 for C. If you need to pay in person via check, you MUST communicate that intention by 10/24/2026 or 1/4/2027 via email.
Teams are not officially registered until registration fees are received and processed.
Fees can be paid by check made out to Brookwood High School. Please include Science Olympiad/BISOT Registration on the memo line. Mail checks to:

Fees may also be paid through credit card or other methods through our SuccessFund page: https://www.successfund.com/bisot26-27
Paying through SuccessFund will require an additional 5% processing fee. This means:
B Division: the first team will be $52.50, and subsequent teams will be $73.50.
C Division: the first team will be $105, and subsequent teams will be $126. This is automatically calculated for you at checkout.
Pizza Lunch
Details about pizza purchases is provided in the corresponding tournament information document. We encourage teams to buy pizza through our organization, as it is a fundraiser we use to help keep the registration fees for BISOT low. Teams will be able to pre-purchase pizzas through check or Success Fund card payment, or individuals may purchase pizza by the slice, drinks, and snacks at the tournament concession stand.
