University of Cincinnati Science Olympiad Registration

Divisions C (grades 9-12)

Thank you for your interest in the 2022 University of Cincinnati Science Olympiad Satellite Invitational. In order to compete at the University of Cincinnati Tournament, the following requirements must be met:

Register Online (see below for details). One email per school - Registration is open
Pay required registration fees - $40 per team (payment details at bottom)
Provide Certificate of Liability Insurance (Uploading Certificate of Liability Insurance to Regional SO portal)
Complete Required Registration Documents (Will be available digitally by the end of December)

- Minor General Release of All Claims
- Adult General Release of All Claims
- Division C Roster of Participating Students
- Satellite Science Olympiad – 2021-2022 - Acknowledgement of School Use and Primary Coverage

Limit on teams per School - 2 teams

Registration is open

Online registration is required, especially due to the available online functions such as submission of team names, self-scheduled event signups, selecting team headquarters, and online scoring. Once registered, Head Coaches or designated Co-Head Coaches may add additional team members to assist with team management. High school students may register as Head Coaches and/or Co-Head Coaches.

Registration Fees: $40 per team

Payments are due by January 19th, 2022

Teams are not officially registered until registration fees are received and processed.
For the 2021-2022 academic year, the registration fees are $40 per team (not per school).

No refund will be issued to any teams that withdraw after January 19th, 2022. This system is in place to ensure that teams admitted off the waitlist have adequate notice in advance and to encourage general commitment to attending our tournament. If you are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances, then this fee may be waived.

Head coaches will receive email confirmation upon submitting the registration form. If confirmation has not been received within 48 hours, please email us at ucscioly@gmail.com.‍
