Stuyvesant Science Olympiad 2023-2024 Invitational
Division C (grades 9-12)
Thank you for your interest in the Stuyvesant Science Olympiad Tournament. In order to compete at this tournament, the following requirements must be met:
- Register online. Please provide one email per school. Registration is open and closes on November 1st, 2023.
- Pay required registration fees - $60 per team (see below for fee schedule)
Registration:
Online registration is required, especially due to the available online functions such as submission of team names and online scoring. Once registered, Head Coaches or designated Co-Head Coaches may add additional team members to assist with team management. High school students may register as Head Coaches and/or Co-Head Coaches.
Registration Fees: $60 per team
Teams are not officially registered until registration fees are received and processed.
For the 2023-2024 tournament, the registration fee per team is $60.
Please confirm your school's registration status once the registration fee has been mailed out.

- Click on "Pay Registration Fees" (the system will ask you to add teams if you have done so already). The system will display the total registration fees and the payment method. (If your school is Title 1, it should show a registration fee of $0)
- Follow the information under "Pay by Check" carefully. Send a picture of your check to stuyenceolympiad@gmail.com. Then, mail the physical check. Make checks payable to Stuyvesant Science Olympiad. Address: 345 Chambers St, New York, NY 10282. Envelop Title: “Stuyvesant Science Olympiad Invitational (for Ms. Fong)”
- Click the "Pay by Check" button to confirm that you have mailed your check following the above instructions and sent a picture to stuyenceolympiad@gmail.com.
We will send a confirmation email once we have received your payment and have been officially registered for the tournament.
