How do I select /change the role of Regional Director?

Sam Davis is a Director in the Central Region of Florida, I am not able to change his credentials so that He can set up his tournament. Please assist me on what steps I need to take to assign regional directors.

Hi Aaron, as a director, you can change a member's role by clicking on Director-> Registration-> Registered Members, then search for the member. Once found, click on the Update link. Use the dropdown on role, then select Regional Director. You also need to add the member to the regional by clicking on Director-> Configuration-> Set up Regionals, then click on 'Directors' to add the member.

Tips: right click, you can perform more tasks, such as inserting emoji, checking spelling, etc. If you copy text from Word or other sources, make sure to 'Paste as plain text' after right-clicking, otherwise, lots of unnecessary formatting attributes will be imported.
