Science Olympiad is nationwide competition. Students compete in 23 events that include earth science, biology, chemistry, physics, and engineering. Science Olympiad is designed to increase a student’s interest in STEM fields and provide recognition for outstanding achievement in team events. Students compete in Science Olympiad with the top teams advancing from Regional to State to National levels.
Welcome to Centerville's Satellite Competition! The competition is Saturday, December 17, 2022.
This tournament will be held in memory of Dennis Papesh, National Event Supervisor and coach extraordinaire. The cost is $80 per team. $10 of every registration fee will be sent to the Science Olympiad National Office for the Memorial Scholarship Fund.
The invitational is for study events only. If events are dual events, we will be having a test for the study portion, but we will not be doing the build portion. We will be providing all the tests, so there is not a need for teams to write tests or run events. Click on the buttons below to see the list of events.
