Oak Invitational Registration

The Oak Valley Invitational will be hosted on January 9, 2026, at Oak Valley Middle School (16055 Winecreek Rd, San Diego, CA 92127). Registration will close once 49 teams have registered and paid.
In order to compete at the tournament, it is required that all schools:
- Register teams using the "Register your team" link above by December 4th, 2026.
- Pay the registration fee ($250 per team) by December 4th, 2026.
- Submit required insurance and waiver forms by December 9th, 2026 (forms TBD for now).
- Provide 3 volunteer hours (1 person helping 3 hours, or 3 people helping 1 hour) from each team to help with events.
- Max of 8 teams allowed per school. Only Host school is allowed to bring additional 2 JV teams.

Registration Fee: The cost per team is $250.. To compete, the team must pay through PayPal by December 4th, 2026.. Please write the school name and number of teams in the Memo line and address the payment to Oak Valley Science Olympiad. Please note that there will be Paypal service fee charged for refund if you remove your team from registration. We will not refund back any Paypal service fee. No refunds after December 4th, 2026.
