Start your season with a tournament built to matter.
NAASO is designed as a serious early-season benchmark: rigorous tests, clear turnaround, real awards, and materials teams can keep using long after the tournament window closes.
Intellectually Rigorous - at Every Level
At least 30% of each test is free-response and built to State and National Science Olympiad standards. Regional teams can compete, strong state teams can score well, and national-level teams will still be challenged.
Results in 7 Days
Official results are posted within 7 days of the window closing, with Duosmium updated as soon as tabulation is complete.
Physical Custom Medals
Top finishers receive custom physical medals mailed directly to the team, including the top 3 teams and top 3 placements in each scoring event.
Clean, Print-Ready Tests
Every test is formatted for clean printing and easy sharing, not as a platform screenshot. Teams receive materials built to be referenced, traded, and studied after the tournament.
