Individual medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each event, and team trophies will be awarded to the top three finishing teams.
The cost for participating in the tournament is $60 per team, which will be used to offset costs of awards and facilities fees. If this is a hardship for any team, they are asked to contact Nolan Smith, co-tournament director, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Interested teams are asked to complete the online registration form (link below). We will email you an invoice upon your registration. After this, please mail a check using the instructions provided in the invoice by the registration deadline of December 31, 2021. Any interested teams that register after the deadline will be subject to a $15 late fee. Minnesota Science Olympiad Alumni reserve the right to restrict registration based on available space. Admission will be based on a first-come, first-serve basis until a cap of 30 teams is reached. That being said, we do encourage all schools to register as many teams as they are able.
