Note: Due to school/district restrictions on emails, please use Login ID (6 digits) to log in. There are some known connectivity issues with Safari, Chromebooks and school-furnished computers. Answers will not be synchronized among partners. Use Chrome, Edge or Firefox instead.

For best testing experience, make sure you have access to the test listing page ahead of the competition, have the following: high screen resolution (1920 x 1080), good internet speed (at least 5 Mbps), a pointing device, a reliable browser (Chrome and Edge been tested more). Configure your computer to allow Javascript and popup. Do not use cell phones to take tests. If you cannot access the testing pages for some reason, close the browser, make sure not to have multiple browsers opened, retry, and if that doesn't work, try another browser or computer, move closer to the router in your house. Make sure to use the provided 6-digit Login ID. Distinguish between the letter O and zero in your Login ID if any. If all fail, let your head coach know immediately.

When reporting an error, tell what error you get with screenshots, what page you access before the error, what browser and computer you use. Make sure you are in the right tournament by looking at the page title and URL.
