Hylas Science Olympiad Registration

Divisions B (grades 6-9) & C (grades 9-12)

Thank you for your interest in Hylas SO Satelite Invitational. In order to compete at Hylas SO, the following requirements must be met:

1. Create a head coach account on Scilympiad
2. Register your school on Scilympiad
3. Add your team(s) on Scilympiad
4. Once all of these steps have been completed, we will send an email with an invoice and payment options. We accept both check and electronic payments.

No limit on number of teams per school

Registration opens on: 9/8/25

Once registered, Head Coaches or designated Co-Head Coaches may add additional team members to assist with team management. High school students may register as Head Coaches and/or Co-Head Coaches. 

Registration Fees: $50 per team + $30 per additional team

Early Bird discount (payment before 9/26/25): -$10 per team
Late fee (payment after 11/28/25): +$10 per team

Teams are not officially registered until registration fees are received and processed. After the steps above have been complete, you will receive an email with an invoice and instructions for payment.
