Aggie Invitational Registration
Division B and C (grades 9-12)
Thank you for your interest in the 3rd annual Aggie Invitational held at UC Davis. In order to compete, the following requirements must be met:
- Register Online (see below for details). One email per division
- Pay required registration fees - $150 per team (already done)
- Provide Certificate of Liability Insurance
- Complete Required Registration Documents
- Regional Forms Checklist
- Minor Photo and Video Release
- Minor General Release of All Claims
- Division B/C Roster of Participating Students
Limit on number of teams per school: 2
Registration opens on September 18th, 2020:
Online registration is required, especially due to the available online functions such as submission of team names, self-scheduled
event signups, selecting team headquarters, and online scoring. Once registered, Head Coaches or designated
Co-Head Coaches may add additional team members to assist with team management. High school students may register as Head Coaches and/or Co-Head Coaches.
Waitlist Policy
New schools are prioritized above new teams for the waitlist. Thus, a school not yet registered will have a chance to be added before already registered schools continue to add a second or third team. Beyond that, we follow a first-come-first-serve policy. Note that while the current team cap is 50 teams for our invitational, we may increase this based on the number of teams signing up.
Registration Fees: $50 per team
Teams are not officially registered until registration fees are received and processed.
For the 2020-2021 academic year, the registration fees are $50 per team (not per school).
Payment deadline is October 30th, 2020.
