Jika transaksi BNi gagal namun saldo berkurang, Hubungi BNi: Melalui WhatsApp "(62)" ("081315"_"75552")√ Atau Tlp 15OOO46. jangan panik Segera simpan bukti transaksi (struk/screenshot) dan cek riwayat transaksi anda. Jika tidak kembali Ajukan refund, hubungi BNi atau lapor ke cabang terdekat.
