I am a student at the competition.
We were doing the food science test, and then nothing was saving and we couldn't contact the proctor. We spent the last 15 minutes of it trying to save the answers, and my partner managed to save some of the multiple choice answers, but I couldn't save anything. This caused us to fail the test that we were doing so well on. Now I'm depressed since it was the only event i was good at. Is there a way we can redo it or something like that?

The chat function for the code busters test wasn't working so we couldn't contact a supervisor or our partners(we were in a call during the test and able to talk that way though)
At one point we considered giving all the answers to one kid to enter our answers to make sure that when one person enters an answer it doesn't clear for everyone else(so I re-entered our #3 response but
then decided against continuing to do that because it took up so much time.
Whenever we clicked save answer there was no way to make sure that the answers were going through and no indication anything was working
For the chat box it worked for maybe a minute before it shut off and if any of us clicked enter it would just go to the next line in the chat box.
Please contact your coach who has the tournament contact information. If the chatbox doesn't work, the answers will not be synchronized to the partners, but the answers should be saved correctly. The system has not shown any records of failure on saving answers. Please verify with Event Supervisor to make sure they have your answers.
