I would like to have a trial event at our invitational where alternates can participate (like at Nationals) using the Scilympiad tool.  This would be 2 students from a school who may or may not be on the official 15 person team.  How do I set that up in Scilympiad (to be able to include the alternate students)?  The event we are hoping to use will be Codebusters B.

Good question. The current version doesn't allow alternates to compete unless you swap students. Future releases will allow alternates to be assigned to events and compete and they can compete in trial events only. The anticipated next release that includes this change is 11/15/2020.

In the meantime, you can increase the limit in your tournament configuration page to allow 17 students.
