Payment for Registration - How to Turn off PayPal option

My name is Jeffrey George, I am the Treasurer of Rickards Science Olympiad. I had an inquiry about the payment methods that are accepted in Scilympiad. Our county does not allow the usage of Paypal, and I am unsure of how to process payments done by check. I want to remove all the Paypal options and run accounting through checks. Will you be able to guide me through this process?

Hi Jeffrey,

You can turn off PayPal by clicking on the Director-> Configuration-> Set Payment Methods. Edit the Team Registration Fee entry, clear out the Recipient, Item Name and Item ID. Below is the screenshot of Payment Method configuration.

Instruct coaches to click on Coaches-> Head Coach dashboard-> Registration Fees and select their payment method. As soon as they click on the Pay by Check or Purchase Order, the system will generate a transaction in your Finance page.
