Who is eligible to compete?

Division C teams are allowed to participate. Up to 3 teams per school can register.

Will any part of the competition be in person?

Due to the uncertainty of the pandemic, we will unfortunately not be offering an in-person component. In addition, as we are a national invitational, coordinating builds for each team would be logistically difficult.

Can team members meet in person for build events?

No. We will not grade physical builds. Please do not meet in person, especially if you are in an area of high risk.

What set of rules will the events follow?

Events will follow national rules. More information can be found in the Rules Manual on the soinc.org webpage.

How will the scoring system work?

The scoring system will remain the same; the physical components of each event will not be included in each score.
