Scoring error on Scilympiad

Hi,

We had our Florida State Competition last weekend, and we observed one weird scenario in two of the events ranking in Division C (Ecololgy and Geo Mapping). Even though we set up the tournament to have a cut-off point of 20, these two events ended up getting ranks up to 27. Since there does not seem to be a way for us to adjust the ranking, we are at a loss for an explanation for all the queries we are receiving. Would it be possible for you to have a look at it and see what is possibly going on here and guide us a way to fix this?
