how to configure outgoing message?
In the Configuration page, I have the Event Supervisor email set up like this:
Dear [FIRSTNAME] [LASTNAME]
Thank you for supporting [HOSTNAME]! I have assigned you to an event for the State Tournament on March 1, 2025.
However, the email that gets sent looks like this:
Dear
Thank you for supporting Massachusetts State Science Olympiad! I have assigned you to an event for the State Tournament on March 1, 2025.
How do I get the names to actually show up in the outgoing message?
