Question is not clear, but here are the steps for different roles:

If you're a parent or participant, your coach probably sent an email with a link for the release form. Simply click on the link in the email and follow the steps to sign the form. Don't go to the website directly.

If you're a coach, go to Head Coach dashboard, click Release Forms then copy the red link to send to parents and students.

If you're a director, click on Director-> Configuration then click Set Up Online Forms (Releases)
