How do I indicate a team has paid their fee if they pay outside of Scilympiad
How do I set the teams that have paid outside of Scilympiad to show they are "paid"? The payment screen doesn't show any teams at all.

If all of them already paid outside Scilympiad, you can configure your tournaments as Free. Click on Director-> Configuration-> Set Fee Structure, but if you want to keep a record of who have paid, don't set it to Free. When coaches register their school and teams, they can click on Pay Registration Fees to generate transactions in the Finance page. You can then process those pending transactions as 'Done' in the Status entry.
