In previous releases, there was a tab/field to select if my Invitationals were not going to be made public, but made available only for my state.  Where can I locate that now? 

Currently, there's no switch to limit showing in-state only. A switch will be added soon. There's a checkbox to turn off the link in your state's Head Coach dashboard, meaning that your coaches will not see list of invitationals.
