How should Baconian ciphertext be entered?

Should they be one long line (which leads to students having to scroll horizontally)? Or should they be in groups of five (or some multiple of five) and, if so, how should the plaintext answer be entered? Currently, I have it as one long line and I'm asking the students to enter each plaintext letter under the first of its corresponding five ciphertext characters.

I made my baconian question a short answer question and just have the students type in the answer as a sentence.

Good idea. Thanks!
